This one-day facilitated session covers the step-by-step ways to be ready to evidence that your service meets CQC expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating. 

Understanding the CQC inspection process and how you can evidence that the quality of care complies with the national standards is important for the people you support, staff teams and the wider reputation of your service.

This seminar supports managers and teams from adult social care services who are less familiar with CQC inspection who are looking to become better prepared and more confident.
